Windows Server: The Support Available

By Phil Lamplugh

Windows Server 2016 has been out for a while now, so I thought it would be a good time go through all of the support that you can get from Westcoast.

First of all, one of key selling points of Westcoast overall is that we dont use any sort of voicemail system here. Every time you call during our office hours (and sometimes outside of them), youre guaranteed to speak to a human straight away.

Specifically around Windows Server, we have a dedicated Software Licensing Team to assist you with any quotes or advice. These guys have been working with Windows Server for years, and they were definitely our most valuable team when Windows Server 2016 launched with its new licensing model.

If you need to get up to speed on the what and the why of Windows Server 2016, then theres no better place to start than with our on-demand webinar. It covers all the basics, including whats changed from Windows Server 2012, as well as how to sell it.

If you still have question marks around Windows Server 2016 then youll be happy to know that its possible to try before you buy, by heading here. The thing to keep in mind is that new software is an inevitability, so its best to get on board sooner rather than later and whenever you do choose to start selling Windows Server 2016, well be right here to support you.

You can get in touch with Westcoast by calling 0118 912 6000 or emailing MicrosoftMarketing@westcoast.co.uk
